Application Software

Walter and Kennametal both offer outstanding tooling applications that are free for anyone to use.  These resources allow our customers to input specific information about the job they have to run and then have the system recommend the best tools for the given data as well as recommendations for starting speeds and feeds.  The Kennametal program called NOVO is available to be downloaded onto a PC or mobile device.  Walter-Tools program called GPS can be run live on their site or downloaded to run locally.

Both provide the end-user with complete performance details, drawing and cutting parameters.  Walter GPS also provides estimated tool life and time information.
